Anchor personality type is ESFP, which is the "Fun" or "Performer" type. This is not to say that all ESFPs are "funny" or "happy" people. ESFPs can be just as serious and responsible as any other type. It's just that they frequently find themselves acting on their feelings rather than carefully analyzing them before acting. They often act first and think later, which can lead to some unwise choices.
ESFPs use Introverted Feeling (Fi) as their dominant function. They are "feeling-oriented" people who want to feel close to others (both emotionally and physically) and who enjoy spending time with friends. They frequently enjoy the company of children, since many children are naturally outgoing and curious. ESFPs are also attracted to animals, forest animals in particular.
