Barf Bag personality type is ISFJ, and I am a very sensitive and emotional person. Because I am so empathetic and good at reading people, I have a tendency to over-compensate by helping others. This can be very problematic.
I may feel like I want to be the "good friend" and help everyone, but in reality it often feels like I am suffocating myself.
I may worry if I am not helpful enough, and think about whether I am strong enough to not be offended by this or that.
I may feel like I am too slow to understand and sometimes lose my marbles.
I may feel like I am always in the wrong and wish the world would just accommodate me.
