Jeff personality type is ISFP, and I am an ISFP as well. This means we are a bit more sensitive, caring and creative.
We are often in our own head, dreamy and imaginative. We don’t like to be called “unrealistic” or “too sensitive” because that is what we are all about. We are the ones that say, “I am afraid of scary movies!”, “I wish I could fit into that dress”, “I am not a morning person” and so on.
If we are having a bad day, the people around us will notice it. This can make us feel like we are being judged and that our feelings are invalid. We can also get wrapped up in our own issues, which will make us even more depressed and unhappy.
Our mood is extremely important to us. If we feel good inside, then we can do just about anything. If not, then you can notice that we can become very irritable and cranky, like a sick cat. In both cases, we are still very warm and loving people who need a lot of compassion and understanding.
