Winner personality type is ESFJ, with all its great strengths. But for some reason, he seems to be missing the joyful, entertaining, helpful voice that seems to be positively guiding him. I’ve never had a problem with him getting his work done, but he’s not particularly enthusiastic about the task. When I’ve asked him whether he is happy with his work, his response has been more of a shrug than a “Yes!”
He’s also not very spontaneous or creative. It seems that his head is so full of details, he doesn’t have room for new ideas. He’s easily discouraged by setbacks. He says things like, “I’m not smart enough to figure this out on my own.”
A few weeks ago, I asked him whether he was happy with his work. This time he said, “I’m just happy to have something to do right now.” I asked him what he meant by that, and he replied, “It’s just that I don’t really have anything to say. I just want to get this stuff done so I can do something else.”
