Miyoko Hōjō personality type is ISTJ, and she is a very loyal and reliable type. She is kind and soft-spoken, and is always willing to help and support others no matter the situation. This can be seen in her team, as she is always happy to lend a hand to those she cares for, such as Apple Bloom and Big McIntosh.
Miyoko's own feelings towards Apple Bloom are best described as "love", as she gets so excited whenever Apple Bloom is around and even tries to help her whenever she can. When Apple Bloom was dropped out of Ponyville School, Miyoko was shown to be very upset and was even shown crying. She also takes care of everypony's well-being, as seen in "Apple Family Reunion" when she helped Applejack and Granny Smith deal with the apples that were falling from the sky and later on, she was also shown helping Apple Bloom deal with her short stature.
Despite being a good pony, Miyoko does make mistakes; such as when she told Big McIntosh that he didn't need his glasses after accidentally breaking them, and when she told Applejack that her cabin was above the cloud cover.
