Tōsuke was born on December 14th, 1987 in Fuchū, Japan to Hisako Megishima and Kisuke Megishima, who had been working as nurses at the time. He was given the name Tōsuke just because he was born on the same day as his mother. His parents up until his early teenage years were very strict and wanted Tōsuke to be a very serious and responsible person, and were disappointed at him when he did things like play with toys and watch cartoons. Even though they were strict and did not like him doing things like this, they did not want him to become a delinquent, which they thought Tōsuke was becoming.
