However, Barry Weiss felt that his path was not leading him to his true passion. While working at the security company, he was not truly happy and decided to start his own business. He and his wife started a business and moved out to Atlanta in 1999 and looked for a location for another business.
While in Atlanta, he met a friend who was running a small business and had one location left in the city. Barry Weiss and his friend took over the last space in the city and named their business "Barry Weiss LLC." The business began to grow after only two years of operation.
