The Bolter personality type is ESTP, but the writer is not an S or N but an F. It doesn't seem to follow the pattern of the other ESTP stereotypes, except the last one.
The main problem with this theory is that the writer is female, and the other stereotypes are male. It's possible that she follows the stereotypes of a female ESTP, but that's unlikely due to the fact that she's a woman.
In addition, if her writing style was based on her personality, it would be too detailed. There are plenty of writers that can't write in detail, especially when they're writing in first-person.
I believe that the writer's writing style is based on their personality and not the other way around. The writing style shows that she is an ESTP, which is why I believe it's an accurate portrayal.
If you can find some evidence that disproves my theory, then I'll definitely have to rethink it.
