Goofball, little brother to Peter, can't do anything without screwing it up. He is seen as Peter's foil, always out to one-up him, always trying to be the good guy (he is also often the only one who realizes that he is). He is often seen as something of an idiot, but he isn't really; he just has trouble controlling his emotions. He is often very childish, but really does care for his friends. He can be very sarcastic and cynical, but underneath it all he is very naive and extremely impressionable (having been raised by an abusive father). He is always looking for someone to "root for", and the only person he'll ever truly turn against is himself. Because he is so focused on himself, he can't ever see past himself; this leads to his constant self-destruction and leads to him becoming a minor antagonist (he helped drive his father insane and was responsible for destroying his family's reputation and forcing his mother to move).
