Claudia MacTeer personality type is ISFP, by the way. She’s an INFP, but I’m going to mostly talk about ISFP in this post because I’ve been working with her, and she’s a very good example of the type.
I’m not going to go into a lot of depth about Claudia’s type, but I will give one example of how I would see her personality in action. For the most part, ISFPs are quiet, reflective and introspective people; for example, here’s an ISFP I’m working with:

Claudia is also quiet and reflective and introspective, but she’s also a very good example of an ISFP at work. She is very focused on the job at hand, and she has a strong sense of integrity. She makes sure that she does her best work, which means that she gets it right, and she makes sure that she does it right the first time. She takes the time to make sure that everything is done right and done properly.
