Zahra personality type is INFJ, and I am so completely, 100% INFJ. I am so far away from anything like what you described. I am rarely stressed. I'm not a planner. I don't even like planning. I'm not very diligent. I am very hard on myself and extremely critical of myself. I am not good at organizing and managing my time. I procrastinate a lot. I don't like direction or plans. I almost never say what I want or need or want before saying what is okay. I don't like it when people ask me if they can do something for me unless I have already said it's okay for them to do it earlier. So, no, I'm not very much like the person you described.
What I do have is a severe case of depression and anxiety. It's been really bad for the past 3 years, and it's been pretty bad for the last year. I haven't been able to go back to school, because I just can't focus enough to get through it for too long. The only thing that helps me is going to therapy and talking with a therapist about my problems. It's a lot of work, but it's better than not doing anything at all.
