Moses personality type is INTJ, and that type is probably one of the most common in human populations (I don’t know for sure though). I think this is because INTJs are so willing to learn, and so very intellectually curious (i.e. they are the best students in school). I think this is also why INTJs are so willing to study religion, philosophy, and other topics that are anchored in their intellect. INTJs are very spiritual, but their spirituality is rooted in intellect, not emotion, which I think is why they often miss the point of religion.
Thus, they are very unlikely to experience “mystical” experiences, since they don’t have the emotional triggers that would make them prone to visions, ecstasy, etc.
But this means that when they see something or experience something that they think is a religious experience, they tend to see it as an intellectual experience (e.g. “I’m seeing the hand of God!”) This is why Moses’s experience is so important to them. Their perception of God was a logical conclusion based on their ability to read the text, not based on feelings or intuition.
