As such, it helps us understand ourselves in a better light, and hopefully without making us too self-conscious or overly introverted or extroverted.
In the modern world where everyone seems to have an opinion about everything, the Temperament system does indeed help. It makes it easier for us to make sense of the world in a more organized fashion.
