Shugabush is a very docile and polite creature. He loves to help others and has a kind heart, but is not very friendly. He has a very good memory, and loves to read and study. He is also very smart, and can learn rather quickly. He is never in a hurry to do anything, and prefers to take his time and make things right. He is a very good listener and will do what he says he will do. He follows the rules fairly strictly, but doesn't really care if they are always followed.
He is not very athletic, but has some basic skills in combat. He has experience fighting in the water, but is not very good at it. He prefers to use his intelligence over his strength most of the time. Shugabush also does not like to fight, as he finds it boring and pointless. He will only attack when he feels it necessary, or if he feels the other person is threatening him or his friends.
He often acts like a shopkeeper, because of his gift for knowledge, and is always asking questions about many things.
