Although I am not a brewer, I have been around them for years and can feel a little bit for the ISTJ public image. PR people, who are generally not brewers, have to work hard to instill confidence in the idea that the product is created and manufactured by the brewer themselves. They take pride in the fact that they do it themselves.
The craft brewing industry is not a production line where all the beer is made in the same factory, but they still hope to show that their product is of high quality by having it made by their own hands. That’s why they are called craft brewers, right?
The ISTJ needs to be careful in the way they market their product. They want to make sure their product is of high quality and that it doesn’t taste like it was brewed by some big corporation. So, it’s important for an ISTJ to get it right.
