Orsi Orfai personality type is ESFJ, the Caretaker. I’m a bit of a control freak, so I have to be the one who takes care of everything. In the world of the Orfai, I’m the one who tends to the needs of my family. It took me a long time to figure this out, but I’ve come to realize that it’s okay for me to delegate my responsibilities to others. I often tell my husband that I’ve come to a point where he’s my boss and I’m now his employee.
I’m now able to break those tasks down into those parts I’m good at, those parts I need help with, and those parts that are too difficult for me. In fact, I’ve learned that I’m not very good at taking care of kids, but if it has to be done, then that’s what I do. If it’s a task that requires a lot of time, effort, and energy, then I’ll delegate it. If it’s something I can’t handle, then I don’t do it.
