Patsy personality type is ESTP, though they could be a more introverted ENTP. I believe that if the ESTP becomes a full-time writer, they’ll become a strongly introverted writer, which is what I do. But the two personality types can be very different.
ESTPs are often entrepreneurial or entrepreneurial-minded, which allows them to act on their ideas and make them happen. They like to try new things, and don’t mind having a new idea or concept turned into reality. They are very action-oriented and are often quite forceful in their approach. They hate being stalled and hate not knowing what to do next.
In the book, an ESTP protagonist has a novel idea and decides to create a startup company. He decides to call his company “SPOT” which is short for “Startup Pause Over Tasty Treats.” The problem is, he never has the time to get his business off the ground because he is so busy with his many other projects and jobs. So he hires a young female assistant who is an INFJ. She organizes his meetings, writes his blog posts, and even helps him with business plans.
