ESFPs often feel like they’re the ones who are wrong when they’re in conflict. They don’t want to upset anyone and they don’t really know how to handle conflict in an assertive way. When they feel like they’re in the wrong, they often don’t want to go into detail about why they believe they’re right and how they can solve the problem.
