Alexis personality type is INFP, and so is my partner, but we definitely go through phases of being more one type than the other. I notice it happens around the same time as we’re getting more serious, for example.
Anyway, I asked her about how she’d feel if she found out he had an INFJ personality too.
She replied “Are you suggesting that I’m an INFJ?”
I said “Yes, what would you say if I told you that your boyfriend was an INFJ?”
“I would say that I’m not attracted to him.”
“But do you think that he’s really an INFJ?”
“Yes he is. He always talks about being an INFJ. He’s an INFJ. He’s also really weird, really smart, really pretty, really nice, really strong…”
“Oh. Well would you be interested in dating him if you knew he was really an INFJ?”
“Well I would want to know more about him first.
