What is the personality type of Mario Monti? Which MBTI personality type best fits? Personality type for Mario Monti from Government Europe and what is the personality traits.
Mario Monti personality type is ISTJ, which is the least common type in the world. It’s difficult to imagine a person with such a difficult personality type being elected Pope.
Pope Benedict is an INTJ, which is the most common type in the world. His personality type makes him an ideal leader of the Catholic Church, for he knows how to keep the Church on an even keel without getting bogged down in all the theological minutiae. He has intelligence and practicality, both of which are essential to his position. He has the intelligence to understand that there are many subtle theological issues that must be addressed (especially since the Church has become more liberal). He has the practicality to accept that although he can’t change the theological issues, he can work out compromises that will not alienate the vast majority of his flock.
We hope that Benedict XVI will continue to lead his church with intelligence and pragmatism, but also with humility and compassion.
