Wilhelm Keitel (22 September 1882 – 16 October 1946) was a German field marshal who served as Chief of the Armed Forces High Command in Nazi Germany during World War II. He was charged and found guilty from committing war crimes and crimes against humanity by the International Military Tribunal at Nuremberg. He was sentenced to death and executed in 1946.
