Bo Xilai personality type is ESFJ, with a score of 60. This is the most common type in China, and the one that is most likely to feel overwhelmed by the trappings of the modern world.

The two Russians who were in the most trouble with the authorities were both ISTJ. The first, Nikolai Patrushev, was fired as head of the FSB and then arrested in May. He is suspected of ordering the murder of Alexander Litvinenko, a former Russian spy who was poisoned with polonium-210 in 2006 and died in London four years later after falling ill. The second, Vladimir Putin, is president of Russia, and this week he was re-elected for a fourth term.

So who exactly are these people? According to the MBTI manual, an ISTJ is “an orderly, practical thinker” who “prioritizes task completion and efficiency.” People with this type tend to be reliable, to organize their lives around a structured routine, and they like to keep things neat and tidy.

The MBTI is not a precise science and can be disputed as much as any other personality test, but it has been widely used by academics and others in the business community.
