What is the MBTI test?

The test is used to help people better understand themselves, so that they can be intentional with their learning and progress. People can take it multiple times throughout their lives to see how their preferences change.
The MBTI test is a 16-question self-report questionnaire which has been published in the United States since the 1950s. In other countries, such as Canada, it is administered by a third party company. The test good for both adults and children.
