What is the personality type of Earl? Which MBTI personality type best fits? Personality type for Earl from Waitress and what is the personality traits.
Earl personality type is ESTP, and the first thing that comes to mind is that “ESTPs are fast, fun and frenetic.” This is true, but it’s not the whole story. I came to believe this when I was coaching a couple of men with this type, one of whom became a top executive.
The other, the most interesting man I have ever coached, was on his way out the door of my office, having been fired. His personality type was ESTP because he was incredibly outspoken, quick to speak his mind and often acted without thinking. Over the years I have learned that this type also has some very impressive strengths.
One of these strengths is a highly developed ability to focus on the task at hand and do it with excellence. This man was extremely detail-oriented. His ability to focus on and accomplish the task at hand was without question one of his greatest strengths.
On the other hand, this man also had several of the negative characteristics of his personality type. One of these was a strong sense of self-sufficiency.
This man had a strong sense of self-esteem and felt he could do anything he put his mind to.
