The Autobiography of Maziar Bahari
The Autobiography of Maziar Bahari was the first book I read all the way through in 2013. It was a fantastic book and I highly recommend it for anyone interested in Iran and the Iranian Revolution.
The story takes place in Iran during the revolution when Maziar Bahari was arrested and held captive for four months. It is told through his diary entries and his interviews with people he met during that time. It’s a very gripping story that I couldn’t put down.
