He's just so positive. He's so consistent. He has so many ideas of what he would like to do and ways to make it happen, but he doesn't get too caught up in the "how" of things. That's what I find really admirable about him; he's not worried about the "how" of things too much. He kind of sees things as they are and then moves on them.
