Ferrin personality type is ENTP, so he needs to be keenly aware of the role of the three Enneagram types in his consideration of each possible future. The first type is the one who usually guides him around the corner onto the right track. It is the one who usually helps him realize that things are not always what they appear to be. The second type, the one he has identified as his mentor, is the one who usually helps him recognize that the first type is also involved in his decisions. The third type, the one he has identified as his competition, is the one who usually helps him recognize that the first two types are also involved in his decisions. If he learns how to balance all three types appropriately, he can make more effective decisions. If he does not, he will tend to make poor decisions.
