I can be very direct and direct in my approach, but I am also very capable of using a softer approach if needed. I am very good at motivating people to take action and often use humor to help people to become more open to new ideas.
The following are some examples of how I work:
I worked for a couple of years with a large family firm. We were still owned by the founder’s family and we were all expected to work hard for the firm. I took the lead on a project which involved purchasing several large businesses which were not working well. I led the effort to bring in a new CEO and then train him on how to lead the company.
I have had the opportunity over the years to work with many different types of people. Some are very talented but don’t work hard enough and others are not talented enough to be successful.
