The ENFP sees that the factory would not be viable if it were not for the union's work, but the ISTJ sees that without the union's work, the factory would quickly fall into disrepair. The ENFP sees that the company is unfairly discriminating against people of color, but the ISTJ sees that if it were not for their efforts, people of color would have no way of finding work.
