What is the personality type of ENTP? Which MBTI personality type best fits? Personality type for ENTP from Frank James Skits and what is the personality traits.
ENTP personality type is ENTP, or, according to other sources, ENTP is an abbreviation of “Extroverted Intuitive Thinking Perceiving Type.”
ENTP Personality Type
ENTPs aren’t necessarily introverted or extraverted. They are introverted in the traditional sense, but they are also extraverted. Extraversion is not the same as sociability. Those with an extraverted preference are not necessarily outgoing. They are typically extremely self-sufficient and make it a point to avoid wasting their time on things that don’t benefit their own agenda. They are motivated by personal gain, and will be attracted to work that allows them to advance in their career. Those with an extraverted preference are typically extremely social, but not necessarily outgoing. They are often well known to be extremely intelligent and also well liked because of their quiet demeanor.
Extraversion is important for ENTPs because it helps them to gain the acceptance of others, which they seek. This is the “people-pleasing” aspect of the ENTJ, or Introversion-Extroversion-Introversion-Jungian, axis.
