Lee started as a concept artist in 2015 and was promoted to character designer in 2016. He is currently working on the character designs for the “Avengers 4.”
Lee said that he is very grateful to Marvel Studios, and the film’s director Joe Russo, for trusting him with one of the most anticipated films.
“I’m very happy for this opportunity because it’s something I always dreamed about,” Lee said. “I think it’s really exciting for Korean artists to come up with a project like this.”
Lee shared that he and his fellow animators are dedicated to making their work look as good as possible by putting in a lot of effort. “We all really admire [Marvel Studios] when we see their films and we really want to make them look amazing,” Lee said. “We all work hard to do our best.”
