It wasn’t long ago that Tina was engaged to a man who fit the stereotypical image of what an ISTP would be like; quiet, patient, non-confrontational, and calm. When he started to get impatient with her slow learning curve, and demanded she start doing manicures for him immediately, she lost trust in their relationship.
After one too many fights, she decided to move out of the relationship — but had nowhere to go. She needed a job, fast. And that was when she was introduced to Tina Russo at Nailor Tech.
“I had heard of Nailor Tech, but never visited it. I heard they had a great customer service and was very excited to go there when I found out they were hiring. It was the perfect opportunity for me to get out of my comfort zone and take the plunge into a new career.”
Soon after Tina started working at Nailor Tech, her customer base began to grow and the salon became more popular. Her boss noticed her natural ability to work well with others and gave her the opportunity to work in administration.
"You're like an abandoned building that oughta be condemned. Y'know, busted windows, rats running around, a real nasty sewage situation, but maybe, if the right person got a hold of it and cleaned it up, maybe they could take that disgusting building and turn it into something not so disgusting. Lucky for you, I like a project."
