Vietnam personality type is ISTP, the Seeker, and it’s a wonder that I didn’t discover this personality type years ago. ISTP’s are pragmatic people who enjoy the fast pace of life. They take things at their own pace and are not interested in wasting time on anything that is not immediately useful. That said, they are indeed fast learners and they work hard to succeed at whatever they undertake. They are not interested in experiencing emotions or relationships too deeply and they don’t like to get close to other people.
The Seeker type has the ability to see the bigger picture and it is this ability that enables them to solve problems and accomplish tasks easily. They take things one step at a time and prefer to leave the final results up to chance. ISTPs can be quite stubborn and will not comply with what other people tell them to do unless they see the reason behind it. They genuinely believe that there is no need for them to listen to others and that what they know is the only truth around them. They don’t like to get overly emotional and will choose to remain objective at all times, regardless of the circumstances.
