The INTJ is all business, when they are in a work environment their focus is completely on the task at hand.

The INTJ personality type is rare because they require a lot of alone time to recharge their batteries and to stay mentally sharp. They need to take time out to be alone and simply think things through without the distractions of other people. When they get into social environments and meet people, they can feel overwhelmed and then may withdraw into themselves and lose it all together.
