Shelli Poole personality type is ENFJ, a type traditionally thought of as the “Champion”. I didn’t even realize this until after I was finished and spent some time reading about it. I’m not sure what I like about it so much. The title is certainly fitting and the descriptions of the other types seem to fit pretty well with their corresponding personality types, but it seems to run on a bit long for me. This is because I am not really seeing anything new here.
I have read quite a few Myers Briggs books and this one didn’t really feel like something new to me. Perhaps that is why it didn’t really resonate with me.
I see the point of this book as being something you can reference and use to help you if you are having issues understanding your type or trying to understand the different types of people in your life. This is not the book for a beginner in the Myers Briggs system.
