Well Done personality type is ENTP, but Myers-Briggs is more broad than that. It is not ENTP's fault that their positive trait is being mislabeled in the book.

So, it is very unfair to call an individual or a group of people bad because of their MBTI type, when in reality they are just being themselves.
The reason why it is so important to know your type is because you have to understand your strengths and weaknesses, what motivates you, what works for you, what doesn't work for you, etc. It can help you to be more aware of how to deal with the people in your life.
The reason it is important to know your type is so you can get the most out of it. If you know yourself, you will know what you want and need to work on and how to get there.
If you don't know yourself, it feels like the world is against you. You feel like no matter what you do and how hard you try, you just can't get where you want to be.
Now, why do I know this? Because I am an ENTP.
Well Done is an alien from a far away galaxy that exists only to spread destruction and misery. He has both incredible physical strength and mastery of an incomprehensible cosmic energy. He much prefers to go to a planet with intelligent life and create chaos, toying with people and killing them one by one until there’s no one left. He seems to have some goals in common with Michelle, and is working together with him to cause all kinds of mayhem.
