Beach Bear personality type is ESFP, but I also think that ESFJs are more likely to be the kind of "beach bears" than ESFPs. ESFJs, for me, are the most likely type to be a "beach bear" simply because they tend to be quite extroverted and like the things that are going on in their lives, but don't really like to deal with them. ESFPs are more introverted and may feel overwhelmed by life and not really know what to do about it.
I think that beach bears are a lot more likely to have "low self-esteem." Their life is going well, so they don't need to work very hard, they have lots of friends, they're making lots of money, and they're having a great time. They know they're supposed to be happy, but they don't feel very happy. They don't know how to achieve happiness and they don't feel like they're very good at achieving their goals. They've never been told that they're good at anything, so they don't know what they're capable of achieving.
