Torayama Hikari personality type is ENFJ, and my personality type is ESTP. I do not have a preference between the 2.
I am also an ENTP.
I haven't seen an ENTP try to defend the J-ness of ESTP, but I'm sure they exist. You can't really pick and choose your functions, though. I think the biggest issue is that ESTP and ENTJ are too similar to ignore. If you make up your mind early on that you are an ENTJ, it's hard to see how you'd make your decision without a bias.
Seems like you've got your head pretty much screwed on straight, but you're a bit too blunt for my tastes. I've known people like that before.
I'm not sure what you mean about Tertiary being the most important function, since I'd say Se is the most important (it's the most rare). I agree that it's not about how many functions you have, but about how well you use them.
I think the only real difference between the two 4 function types is the strength of their preferences.
