Most of this post was inspired by ALERT’s “Humor and Mystery in the Superhero Genre,” but I’ve been thinking about this for a while now, and I thought I’d do a bit more digging. Since I have a relatively long post to write, I decided to use this as an opportunity to expand on my previous posts on Daredevil, Iron Fist, and Luke Cage, as well as to take a look at Jessica Jones and a few other Marvel characters.
In this post, I’ll discuss the character of Daredevil, the two Netflix series based on his comics, and how these relate to Myers Briggs personality types.
Daredevil
In the comics, Daredevil is a blind defense attorney who fights crime as a vigilante. In the first season of Daredevil, Daredevil is a lawyer who uses the power of his mind to fight crime as a vigilante. In the second season of Daredevil, Daredevil is a lawyer who uses the power of his mind to fight crime as a vigilante.
