Louise O’Malley personality type is ESFJ, and I am an ENFJ and we are both ESFJs. We both have the same strengths and weaknesses. There is no “one size fits all” personality type. All these types can learn to work together as a team to achieve what they want. We all fall into this category loosely, and we can change as we grow and learn.
The social aspect of introversion is what guides our careers, but the academic side of it is what makes us successful in our careers. The combination of these two aspects can be very hard to understand and bring out, and this is what makes the ESFJ so unique and so difficult to understand and relate to.
What I want to talk to you about today is how we can use the ESFJ’s strengths and use this information to our advantage. This will not be just for the ESFJ, but will be for all the types within this category. All the types within the J-SPINE model share similar strengths and weaknesses, but it’s not just one or the other, it’s a balance that we must learn to maintain.
