Mi-do personality type is ISFJ, which is also known as the "compassionate perfectionist" type. They have a deep sense of moral obligation. If you are being abused or mistreated, they will try to get you out of that situation. They are the type of people who will stand up for you. However, they are often very sensitive and can be easily hurt. They are very slow to take action. They will have to be really pushed into doing things.

For example, if an ISFJ is being mistreated by someone at work, they will evaluate the situation and see if they can do anything about it. If they decide to tell the person off, they will do it very quietly and in a way that causes minimum amount of conflict. Doing this in a way that causes conflict makes the ISFJ feel like they are not able to protect themselves or others.
ISFJs don't like conflict in the workplace. They like to keep things simple and not confront people in authority. That is why they will often say things like, "I don't want to get involved."
