They are often described as “not quite ready” or “too busy” and often tend to be very reserved, quiet, and introverted. Their career success can be limited but they are usually very good at their jobs because they take the time to learn the skills necessary to be successful. They may have a tendency to procrastinate and often feel stalled or stuck in their careers. They can be very creative and may have a knack for inventing new methods for doing things.
