While Gantz admits he can be a bit of a perfectionist at times, he said he’s always willing to listen and compromise.
“I don’t like to rock the boat or upset people if I can help it,” he said. “I really want everyone to be happy.”
Gantz said he’s also very compassionate, compassionate towards others feelings and compassionate towards the world at large.
