William personality type is ISTJ, which stands for Introverted, Sensing, Thinking, Judging. As an ISTJ, you are the accountant of the world. You take what is given and measure it. You don’t like surprises and want to be prepared for what comes next. You don’t like to venture out on a limb unless you have a sure footing. You feel yourself to be safe and secure in your routine and routine is everything to you. If you can break your routine and try something new, you do it with caution and reservation. You like to see your life as a series of checks and balances and you enjoy things so long as they fit within those parameters.
