Leonard personality type is ISTP, the second most common type of ISTP. ISTPs are very independent and like to do everything on their own, and they can be quite stubborn and very rules-oriented. ISTPs often have a hard time with projects and working on a team. They often don’t feel like they can express themselves very easily and they feel like they will be misunderstood and left out.
I’ll use myself as an example. I’m an ISTP and I really struggle with working on a team. I thrive on working alone and I do everything on my own. I don’t feel like I can express myself well on a team, and I feel like I get left out and misunderstood. Most of the time when I’m on a team, I feel like I’m being left out and misunderstood, and it really makes me stressed.
I’ll use a story from a few years ago as a reference point.
My niece was in a really bad car accident. I was really stressed out about the whole situation, and my mother called me at work, asking me if I could go home early from work to take care of my niece.
