Nineteen personality type is INFP, which stands for Introverted, iNtuitive, Feeling, Perceiving. If you’re an INFJ, you’ll probably be familiar with all four letters of the acronym. If you’re an INTJ, you’ll probably be familiar with the first three letters of the acronym and the last letter of the acronym.
For the sake of this article, we’re going to focus on INFP, which I think is a more common personality type in writing than INTJ. But there are some overlaps between the two letters.
INFPs generally have a lot of trouble expressing their emotions. They often feel like they’re not good enough at it. They’re also often attracted to other INFPs because they can be so expressive and they seem so honest at times.
Some INFPs are better at expressing their emotions than others. The same is true of INTJ, but INTJs are generally better at expressing their emotions than INJs.
Because of this, some INFPs can get frustrated when they feel like they’re not expressing themselves well enough. This can cause them unnecessary conflict with other people.
