Lee Young-ja personality type is ENFJ, which is a type that I do not find that many of my students to be. I get a good number of ENFPs, but only a few of them are really strong ENFJs. In fact, I get ENFPs who are not strong ENFJs, but instead are borderline INFJs.
But there are a lot of ENFJs in Korea. I think it’s because the culture is a bit more a “weak” one. I don’t know if this is a good thing or not, but when I think about it, few Korean people seem to be very introverted, and the ones who are seem to be very extroverted.
I hear that Korean society is not very focused on introversion and that you should be outgoing in Korean society. I don’t know if this is true, but I do know that in Korea, it is very difficult to be quiet and focus.
I don’t know how it is in other countries, but here in Korea, when people think something and they want to share it with others, they only want to say it in front of the people they know well.
