Valentin Mikhienko personality type is ESTP, but he had some of his traits in ENTP, too. This is why I see him as an ESTP.
He always liked to be in front of the camera and perform, and that trait is very dominant in all the ESTPs I know. He also has the intellect of an ENTP, but he is more ESTP than ENTP, I think.
His ability to quickly accept new ideas and processes is also in his mind. He is not a traditionalist, though. I think he can move faster than most other people.
For example, if you tell him that you want to develop a new product, he will say: “Okay, let’s try it and see.”
ESTP-type entrepreneurs are usually able to move fast on their decisions and they don’t want to waste time to make something perfect before they start trying it and see if it works.
They are good at coming up with ideas, planning, production and sales of the product. They often have parallel careers in different fields and professions because of that ability to see opportunities and cross-fertilize ideas fast.
