Ku Wong personality type is INTP, and my MBTI type is INTP.
The difference between the two is that MBTI is supposed to be a more scientific and objective tool for understanding oneself and others, while the MBTI-X theory is a subjective and personal theory of one’s own development and development in others, which is also based on the results of scientific studies.
MBTI-X is still in its infancy and there are no scientific studies to back the theory up.
This is not to say that it’s useless, but it should be taken with a grain of salt.
