Joe Blake personality type is ISTP, but his social/interpersonal skills are definitely NT. I don’t think he is any different from any other NT that I have worked with in the past. He is a good teacher, but he does have some communication issues.
The ITP that I work with is much like the ISTP in this story. She is a good teacher, but she doesn’t always use her verbal skills. In my office, she is an NT and I would be an INTJ.
I am probably more like the ISTP than I am the ISTJ. My communication style is more like the ISTP.
The ISTP that I am close to is a very shy person. She is quiet, but she has a very strong personality. She is also very confident. The ISTP that I work with is shy, but she is very confident. She is also very good at what she does. She’s an excellent teacher and she’s also a very good leader.
I interviewed the ISTP that I’m working with for this article in person and she told me that she thinks of herself as an ENTJ.
